Free covers unlimited static codes. Paid plans add dynamic codes — the ones you can edit after printing — plus scan analytics, landing pages and team features. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Which plan you need
- Free: unlimited static codes, standard downloads, no dynamic codes and no analytics.
- Pro: dynamic codes you can edit any time, scan analytics, landing pages, full design control and bulk imports of up to 25 rows.
- Business: everything in Pro plus the public API, webhooks, team members, workspace branding on your pages and higher limits.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Open Billing from the account menu and pick the plan and interval you want.
- Complete the Stripe checkout; the new limits apply as soon as payment confirms.
- To move down or stop, cancel from the same page — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when a plan ends
Your printed material is safe. Dynamic codes keep resolving to their destination after a plan ends, so posters and packaging do not break. What you lose is the ability to edit destinations, create new dynamic codes and open new analytics — everything is restored intact the moment you resubscribe.
Invoices and VAT
Invoices are issued by Stripe and emailed for every payment. You can add or change a company name and VAT number during checkout, and re-download any past invoice from the billing portal.
Domande frequenti
- Do my QR codes stop working if I cancel?
- No. Dynamic codes keep redirecting to their current destination. You simply cannot edit them or create new ones until you subscribe again.
- Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
- Yes, from the Billing page. Stripe prorates what you already paid against the new interval.
- Do you issue VAT invoices?
- Yes. Every payment produces a Stripe invoice by email, and you can add a company name and VAT number at checkout.
