Questions, answered
- Do QR codes generated here expire?
- Static codes never expire, because the payload lives inside the code itself. Dynamic codes keep working as long as the account they belong to is active.
- What is the difference between a static and a dynamic code?
- A static code contains the data directly, so it cannot be changed after printing. A dynamic code contains a short link, so you can change where it goes and see how often it was scanned.
- Can I use the codes commercially?
- Yes. Codes you generate are yours to use in print, packaging, advertising and products, on every plan including the free one.
- Which format should I download?
- SVG for anything printed, because it stays sharp at any size. PNG for websites, slides and social posts.
- Is my vCard data uploaded anywhere?
- No. vCard codes are encoded fully inside the image, so the contact details are never stored on our servers.
