QR codes for business cards
A card with a QR code turns a paper contact into a saved one. Choose a vCard code to write your details straight into the phone's address book, or a dynamic link code that points at a contact page you can keep current when your role or number changes.
- vCard code: name, role, phone, email and company saved instantly
- Dynamic link code: a contact page you can update after printing
- Vector SVG at business-card scale with sharp module edges
- Design controls for colours, shapes, frame and a centre logo

vCard or dynamic link?
vCard is faster for the person scanning and needs no connection, but it is frozen at print time. A dynamic link survives a change of number, role or company and tells you how many people actually scanned the card. Many people print both: vCard on the back, link on the front.
Small print, careful design
At business-card scale every millimetre counts. Keep the code at 2 cm or more, keep the quiet zone clear of text, avoid placing it over a photo, and keep the contact fields short so the pattern stays sparse enough to scan on the first try.
Questions, answered
- Which is better on a business card, vCard or a link?
- vCard for instant offline saving, a dynamic link when your details change or you want scan analytics. Both are supported here.
- How small can the code be?
- Around 2 cm per side is the practical minimum for reliable handheld scanning, with a clear quiet zone around it.
- Can I add my logo in the middle?
- Yes. Keep it under roughly a quarter of the code area and use error correction level H, which the editor sets when you add a logo.
