Event QR code template

Events move fast: rooms change, speakers cancel, the after-party gets a new address. The event template gives you one dynamic code for posters, badges and tickets, plus a landing page you can edit an hour before the doors open.

  • Scheduling window: the code can go live and expire on the dates you set
  • Fallback URL for early and late scans, instead of a broken page
  • Prefilled programme page with schedule, map and social links
  • Scan analytics by hour, so you can read the arrival curve

Print the badges early, decide the content later

Badges and posters go to print weeks before the event. With a dynamic code you fill in the programme afterwards, and after the event you repoint the same code at the recordings or the next edition's registration form.

Scheduling and fallbacks

Set a start and an end date: before and after the window, scans land on your fallback page rather than an outdated programme. That single setting turns leftover printed material into a soft landing instead of a dead end.

Questions, answered

Can the same code work for several editions?
Yes. Repoint it to the new edition after each event; the analytics history stays attached to the code.
What happens if someone scans it after the event?
With a scheduling window set, late scans go to your fallback URL — typically a recap or the next registration page.
Do attendees need an app?
No. Every modern phone camera opens the code natively.
