Real estate

Real estate QR code template

A yard sign or window card only has room for a headline. The real-estate template turns that space into a dynamic code that opens a full property page — photos, floor plan, price, contact — and tells you how many people actually scanned it.

  • One code per listing, so scan counts tell you which property draws interest
  • Prefilled property page with gallery, description and contact block
  • Repoint sold listings to your remaining portfolio instead of a dead link
  • Save-contact button so the viewer keeps your details after the visit

Measure kerb-side interest

Each listing gets its own dynamic code, so the dashboard shows which window card generates scans and which one is ignored. That is real demand data for your next pricing conversation with the owner.

Sold is not the end of the code

When a property is gone, repoint its code to a similar listing or to your contact page. The printed brochure in someone's kitchen drawer keeps sending you leads instead of a 404.

Questions, answered

Can I track each listing separately?
Yes. Create one dynamic code per property and compare scans in the dashboard.
Can the code open a vCard so people keep my number?
Yes. The prefilled page includes a contact block with a save-contact button.
Does it work on a printed brochure?
Yes, at 2 cm and above with a quiet zone. The preset uses a high error-correction level for print.
