QR code for Google reviews
Let customers leave a Google review in one scan instead of searching for your business. The code opens your review form directly, so the ask happens while the customer is still in front of you — the moment reviews are actually written.
- Encodes your direct Google review link, not a search result
- Dynamic option so you can re-point the code if the listing changes
- Scan counts per placement: counter, receipt, table tent, delivery box
- Print-ready SVG for stickers, cards and window decals

Getting the right review link
Open your Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" and copy the short link Google provides — it opens the star rating form directly. Avoid encoding a Maps search URL: it lands the customer on a listing page where the review button is one more tap away, and each extra tap costs completed reviews. Test the link on a phone before you print it.
Where the code actually earns reviews
Point of sale and receipts convert best because the experience just ended. Table tents work in hospitality, delivery boxes and packaging inserts work in e-commerce, and a small window or counter decal catches regulars. Print at 2.5–3 cm per side for hand-held distance, and add one line of copy telling people what happens when they scan.
Questions, answered
- Is it against Google's rules to use a QR code for reviews?
- No. Google explicitly provides a short review link to share. What is not allowed is incentivising or filtering reviews — asking every customer with a neutral message is fine.
- Can I see how many reviews came from the code?
- You can see how many people scanned it, per placement, with a dynamic code. Google does not attribute a review to a source, so the scan count is the closest measurable signal.
- What if my Google listing URL changes?
- Use a dynamic code. The printed artwork stays valid and you update the destination from your dashboard, which matters for franchises and businesses that relocate.
