Static or dynamic for a batch?
Static batches are the fastest route for one-off assets: asset tags, table numbers, serial labels. Choose dynamic when the batch is printed at volume and the destinations may change — each row gets its own short link, so you can re-point a single item later without reprinting the run, and each item reports its own scan count.
Preparing the CSV
Use one header row and two columns: a label used for the file name and the payload (usually a URL). Keep labels free of slashes and accents so they stay valid file names, and check that every URL includes the scheme (https://). A quick sample of five rows through the single-code editor is worth doing before you generate 500.

- How many QR codes can I generate at once?
- The free in-browser tool handles up to 25 rows per batch; paid plans raise that to 250 rows on Pro and 500 on Business and unlock bulk export of dynamic codes from your dashboard.
- Is my CSV uploaded to a server?
- No. Static bulk generation runs entirely in your browser: the CSV is parsed, the codes are rendered and the ZIP is assembled locally. Only dynamic codes, which need a short link, are stored in your account.
- Can I use bulk QR codes on product labels?
- Yes. Export SVG so the codes stay sharp at any label size, keep at least 2 cm per side for close-range scanning, and preserve the quiet zone in the die-line.
